How we did it.

Shanti Heights, a residential tower project in Mumbai. The Project had a space on the podium and the terrace. The developer had all the good intentions to provide their customer with the best amenities. The project was in the very early stages of design, and there needed to be a landscape design available. Stopping Marketing and sales for lack of landscape design would not be financial prudence. Here, we stepped in and assisted the developer in creating a landscape to spread their vision. We designed and visualised the project. Made a walkthrough film and developed high-resolution images for various campaigns and short videos for circulation on all social media. The result? A 10X faster lead conversion rate for Shanti height. Isn’t this true success?.
