How we did it.
DEVSHRI JANATA SOCIETY is a residential apartment project in Margao town, South Goa. The project came to us just as planning drawings. We developed not only the elevation but also the landscape planning. We executed the landscape and elevation and incorporated it in the marketing collaterals developed. We developed a walkthrough video, a brochure, 3d rendered images and newspaper ads.
The Marketing collaterals came in very handy to the developer to explain the project to prospects.
